MAKING AN INSURANCE CLAIM? WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
The process is simple.
- Contact your insurance company and lodge your claim. They will want to know information like your full name and address, who was driving, what happened and when. At the end of your call they may require you to pay your insurance excess at this time. This will vary depending on your insurance company. Before hanging up they will provide you with your claim number.
- Call The Caravan Clinic on 07 55230105. Talk to our friendly office staff and advise when you would like to make a booking to have an insurance quote completed. We will find a day & time that will suit everyone and book in the appointment. You will need to advise your name, contact number, short description of what is damaged plus your insurance company name and claim number.
- Turn up for your appointment time. We will do the rest from here and send all required paperwork and photos to the insurance company on your behalf.
